  1. BABIES - Level 1 - 6mths to 18mthsIntroduction to the aquatic environment for babies and carers. Conducted in toddlers pool in a group class with carer and teacher.
  2. BABIES - Level 2 - 16mth to 2.5yrsMay or may not have previous water experience either from Babies 1 class or own pool. Conducted in toddlers pool in a group class with carer and teacher.
  3. PRE SCHOOL - Level 1 - 2.5yrs to 4yrsCannot swim independently without assistance. May not have had previous lessons. Conducted in main pool in a group class with carer and teacher.
  4. PRE SCHOOL - Level 2 - 3yrs to 5yrsHas had lessons previously or regularly swims in a backyard pool without floatation aids. Moves 1-2m independently paddling & kicking. Happy to submerge face in water but may need assistance to breath. Comfortable to float on back.
  5. PRE SCHOOL - Level 3 - 4yrs to 5yrsSwim independently, face in and breathing when needed for 5m. Streamline rocket 5m unassisted. Strong kicking with board on front and back for 5m unassisted. Jump in and return to wall unassisted.
  6. PRE SCHOOL - Level 4 - 4yrs to 5yrsSwim 8-10 metres with well developed freestyle arms, breathing when needed. May have an understanding of breathing on side for bi lateral breathing. Strong kick on front and back with board for 5m. Jump in from deep end and roll onto back.
  7. SCHOOL - Level 1 - 5yrs to 8yrsUnable to independently front kick 5m with board. Cannot swim 5m independently with confidence. Unable to independently kick on back 5m with and without board.
  8. SCHOOL - Level 2 - 5yrs to 10yrsSwim independently, face in and breathing when needed for 5m. Streamline rocket 5m unassisted. Kick on front and back 5m with board unassisted. Kick on back 5m without board. Jump in and return to wall unassisted. Submerge under water.
  9. SCHOOL - Level 3 - 6yrs to 10yrsMaintain strong kick front and back 10m with and without board. Swim 10m with well developed freestyle arms, front breathing when needed. Jump in from deep end and roll onto back to float. Submerge unassisted to collect toy from bottom of pool.
  10. SCHOOL - Level 4 - 7yrs to 11yrsStrong kick front and back 12m using board. Back kick and back streamline 12m without board. Freestyle arms and side breathing 12m. Swim 12m with backstroke arms. Breaststroke arms 8m. Breaststroke kick with board for 5 kicks.
  11. MINI SQUAD - Level 1 - 8yrs to 12yrsKick with board 25m front and back. Freestyle and backstroke 25m. Breaststroke kick with board for 5 kicks. Breaststroke arms 10m. Breaststroke 12m. Retrieve ring from deep water and tread water 1 minute.
  12. MINI SQUAD - Level 2 - 8yrs to 12yrsKick front and back 50m with board. Breaststroke kick 25m. Dolphin Kick 12m with and without board. Freestyle and backstroke 50m with streamlines. Breaststroke 25m. Tumble turns. Retrieve rings from deep water.
  13. MINI SQUAD - Level 3 - 8yrs to 12yrsKick front and back 75m with board. Breaststroke kick with board 25m. Dolphin kick 25m with and without board. Freestyle and backstroke 100m with streamlines. Breaststroke 25m. Tumble turns. Retrieve rings from deep water.
  14. Teen Stroke Correction - 12yrs to 18yrsTeen swimmers who wish to develop skills and refine their stroke whilst receiving feedback on their technique
